Join us as we focus on our root chakra. Issues such as digestion troubles, past or present survival crisis, and an inability to change patterns that don't serve you, all stem from an imbalance in this chakra. This 75-minute class will include mudras, mantras, yin yoga, and sound therapy meditation with crystal bowls.
