Together, we’ll taste through a curated lineup of sparkling wines while learning how region, grape variety, climate, production method, and aging shape what ends up in the glass. Scott will guide guests through the differences between styles such as Champagne-method wines, pét-nat, Prosecco, Cava, and other sparkling expressions from around the world.
