Join wine educator Scott Hampton for a guided tasting that connects climate, altitude, and winemaking traditions to what’s in your glass. 2022 Bodega Bouza Riesling (Uruguay) – Zesty citrus, green apple, and saline lift; a sleek, coastal style with mouth-watering acidity.
2022 Laberinto “Cenizas” Mezcla Tinta, Valle del Maule (Chile) – Cabernet Franc-led – Fine graphite and herbal aromatics over wild berries; silky yet energetic from volcanic ash (“cenizas”) soils.
2021 Villard “JCV” Carignan, Casablanca Valley (Chile) – Old-vine vibes: crunchy red fruit, savory spice, and a vibrant, food-friendly finish.
2020 Cuvelier Los Andes Malbec, Valle de Uco (Mendoza, Argentina) – High-altitude polish: violets, ripe plum, cocoa and a long, firm structure.
2021 Bodega Pablo Fallabrino “Notos” Tannat (Uruguay) – Dark cherries, baking spice, and supple tannins; powerful yet beautifully balanced.
