What to Expect
Blind tasting fun: Each wine will be presented anonymously - you won’t know the grape, region, or price. It’s all about what your palate perceives. Guided exploration: Sam will walk you through how to observe appearance, nose (aroma), palate (taste/texture), and finish - classic steps used by professional tasters. A welcoming vibe: This is perfect whether you’re a wine novice or a seasoned sipper. We encourage you to trust your senses - even guesses are encouraged. A blind tasting removes the pressure of “correct” tasting and lets you just enjoy the wine for what it is. Friendly competition & conversation: Compare notes, swap impressions, and maybe guess what you’re tasting.
