Join us at Beaker & Flask for a fun and flavorful summer tasting experience: Rosé & Burgers with Sam Fundenburg of Shake & Tell.
This guided class will explore the refreshing, versatile, and food-friendly world of rosé, paired with delicious burger sliders from Mayflower Food Truck, which will be onsite for the event. Sam will lead guests through a curated lineup of featured rosé wines, highlighting different styles, regions, grape varieties, and pairing principles that make rosé such a perfect match for grilled, savory, and boldly flavored foods.
Your ticket includes samples of the featured wines and a paired slider for each wine, creating a guided tasting experience that brings each pairing to life.

Join us for a guided California wine tasting class with Marjorie Speer of Florida Woman Wine & Spirits, featuring a lineup of expressive, small-production wines that showcase the diversity, creativity, and character of California winemaking.
This class will spotlight Olivia Brion, a winery inspired by bold women, boundary-pushing stories, and a commitment to sustainability and gentle practices for the earth. Each wine draws from a sense of place and a spirit of independence, with labels and inspirations tied to remarkable women such as Olivia Brion, Aida de Acosta, and Annie “Londonderry” Cohen Kopchovsky.
Guests will taste through a thoughtful lineup ranging from a bright and aromatic white blend to elegant Pinot Noir, Rhône-inspired red blends, and a rich Cabernet-based Paso Robles red. Along the way, Marjorie will guide guests through the regions, grapes, winemaking choices, and stories behind each bottle, offering a deeper look at how California continues to produce wines with both personality and purpose.
